Time to put on those Superhero powers and POW all that clutter to the curb. Before winter break Wonder Woman and Bat Girl packed up their classroom (a.k.a bat-cave) to ready it for Super Man and Iron Man to give it a much needed annual deep clean. As we packed up the bat-cave we discovered during our annual ECER's that our learning centers were in top shape! A big BAM on that one, but... I hate those buts, BUT we discovered that some of the Superhero work space (teachers workstation) was in need of some de-cluttering. Not enough attention on teachers work space can cause things to quickly fall apart. As all good Superheros know you can not turn those superpowers away from the little ones that you are teaching in the middle of those powerful lessons to look for something. It causes...
and it causes all those little one to turn into a bowl full of jumping beans. Cutting Clutter Projects
The goal to organization is to save time so that we can spend the rest of our time teaching superpowers to our little ones so that they can have social skills, life skills and powers to change the world. Superhero PlanNow that I have my list I need a Super Powerful Plan to keep me motivated and on task to see this de-clutter list to the end.
Now that I have an idea and plan for my de-cluttering mission I like to keep these plans in the front of my Classroom Design Workbook (TNB) so that I am able to refer to all of my bat-cave ideas in one convenient place. Is your bat-cave looking a little cluttered? Tell me any heroic clutter busing projects big or small that you'd like to share. It is safe at our headquarters, let it out.
